In 2004:
While working at a Trauma Centre in India and undergoing my fellowship in Trauma Surgery. There I was involved in managing majority of the compound trauma cases as well as road traffic accidents. I was member of a trauma team. Every appropriate case was taken to the emergency operating room. Pre-debridement cultures were taken, debridement was performed and if suitable the definitive management was carried out. Every case was documented in a specific format. Photographic, laboratory records were maintained. Every year average 3000 trauma cases were dealt with. I was actively involved in coming up with new database system for grade III B trauma cases and all the compound injury cases were recorded in the specific format.

Study of Interosseous Osteotomy in Osteoarthrosis of Knee joint. Minimal invasive per-cutaneous interosseous osteotomy was performed in 47 knees. Knee joints having early to moderate osteoarthritis and varus or valgus deformity less than 10 degrees were selected for the study. The procedure based on principle of decompressing the medial compartment by dissipating intraosseous venous hypertension. We got excellent to good results for short term period of six months.
