All insurance patients and relatives are requested to go through the instructions mentioned below before admitting the patients & sign the same as acceptance.
Insurance desk and staff working on the desk are employees of Sancheti Hospital and not of insurance company/ TPA. They are there to help you. Please co-operate with them.
Instructions:
1. It is the agreement between you and insurance company/ TPA for your medical treatment, so the amount approved or sanctioned is entitled between patient & Insurance company/ TPA
2. Sancheti Hospital is only the medical service provider for insurance company/ TPA
3. Before getting cashless treatment in Sancheti Hospital, it is mandatory to get clearance from Insurance company / TPA in the form of approval letter. Normally time required for this purpose is approx.1 day, but in exceptional cases, it takes more than 1 day but this delay will be from your insurance company or TPA and NOT FROM HOSPITAL SIDE. So please co-operate with staff.
4. If your claim gets denied from Insurance / TPA Company for any reason, then entire bill should be paid by the patient before the discharge.
5. In many cases Hospital bills are partly settled by Insurance company/ TPA, in such cases balance amount is to be paid by patients.
6. Please note that bills will be prepared as per hospital schedule for all patients admitted under insurance scheme.
7. Administrative charges and non admissible items will be borne by patient at the time of discharge.
8. Patient and his/ her relatives have to tell correct and same history to all the Doctors, Physiotherapist & Dieticians as to avoid the confusion.
9. I have been informed that the Surgeon Fees, Anesthetist Fees & Operation Theater charges vary according to the room that I stay in.

Only one relative can stay with the patient. For only one extra relative you have to pay separately.

We have our Guest House situated in Thube Park, which is located just next to our hospital. For further information regarding guest house contact Ms. Yogini at Information Desk.

We have three OPD sections. Two are at ground floor next to Ganapati Mandir & information desk and the other is located in the basement to the right side.

Orthotic workshop is located in basement of SIOR to the right side, besides basement OPD section.

Knee Club, Spine Club & Shape well clinic are located to the right side in basement of Sancheti Hospital in the physiotherapy department.

HBOT means Hyper Baric Oxygen Therapy. It is useful to heal wounds faster like Diabetic Ulcers. Dexa scan is done to check the bone density. From this we come to know about the calcium content in the bone.
