Rules for Patients covered under Insurance -
	Patients covered under insurance scheme should produce their Identification no. & Identity card / TPA card.
	Patient is expected to tell the total authorized limits he has been offered by insurance company.
	Room will be allotted as per the insurance limits and the rules of insurance company.
	Patient or relatives has to sign the form mentioning that he is ready to pay the hospital bill after denial of claim or extra amount than the sanctioned limit.
	Patient is entitled to get admitted in the hospital after receiving the Pre-authorization letter from insurance company or TPA . ( in case of planned Hospitalization) for emergency cases patient can be admitted immediately. Processing of all documentation should be done after admission & pre -authorization sanction should be obtained as early as possible.
	Patient is entitled for discharge only after receiving the final approval from the insurance company or TPA & after making payment of final bill.
	Patient will be discharged from the hospital only after receiving 10% administrative charges & non admissible amount, subject to remarks of TPA final approval.
	Patient is also supposed to sign a consent form regarding payment of extra billing amount apart from authorized limitation.
	Consent Form must be signed at the time of Admission.

Rules for Company/Corporate Patients -
	Patients covered under this scheme, have to submit the memo from concerned company or authorization letter along with his identity before OPD Consultation and admission.
	Patients covered under this scheme, should know their limit. Billing amount above this limit will be paid by patient at the time of discharge.
	Hospital management keeps right to admit the patient under any doctor unless & until it is specified.
