Dr. Fung Hong, currently the Cluster Chief Executive of the New Territories East Cluster at the Hospital Authority, is responsible for the managing the 7 public hospitals in the New territories East Region with over 4,600 beds and 8,800 staff, serving a population of 1.3 million.

Dr. FUNG Hong from Hong Kong visited Sancheti Hospital on December 14, 2006. Sancheti Hospital is looking at having collaboration with Hospitals of Hong Kong to increase more administration information sharing which will be beneficial for Hospital in both countries.
