The Physiotherapy department strives to provide the patients and clients with high quality physiotherapy services. It is one of the first physiotherapy department established in Pune to provide organized & professional rehabilitation services. The department is managed by senior physiotherapist’s having Masters Degree in Physiotherapy along with experienced clinical staff. The recently renovated department has state of the art electrotherapy modalities along with latest rehabilitation tools and equipment and a dedicated gym for rehab purpose. Treatments may vary from a spectrum of pre operative conditioning (pre-hab) to complete functional rehabilitation (Postoperative and non-operative).
The Sancheti Physiotherapy Center Caters to the rehabilitation needs of IPD as well as OPD patients coming to Sancheti Hospital. The Physiotherapy department is well equipped with ultra modern equipments & therapists trained in advanced treatment techniques.

The Physiotherapy department also serves as a advance training center for Physiotherapists from Sancheti College of Physiotherapy. It consists of various multispecialty sections including Hand Rehab, Women’s Physiotherapy Clinic, Shape Well (Obesity & Fitness) Clinic, Neuro Rehab, Cardiac & Pulmonary (Respiratory) Rehab, Pediatric Rehab etc. It also has Osteofit Clinic (Bone & Joint) Clinic & is soon set to launch the Geriatric Rehab Clinic as well.

The Physiotherapy Center serves the need of around 100 – 125 patients daily suffering from various ailments like Neck & Back Pain (Spondylosis), Hip & Knee Pain (Arthritis), Shoulder Pain & Dysfunction (Frozen Shoulder), Hand Pain & Deformities, Adult & Pediatric Neurology, Spinal injuries (Stroke, Paraplegia, Cerebral Palsy etc), Patients suffering from conditions like Asthma, Post Cardiac arrest/ Bypass surgery Rehab etc.

Along with the hospital activities, the Physiotherapy department also actively conducts & participates in medical & health promotional camps all over Maharashtra & out of Maharashtra as well.
